Today, we are joined by someone who is a little bit different from a lot of our guests. Normally, it's sales leaders or folks in the sales space, but in this episode, we have Josef Rakich with us.  

Josef Rakich’s purpose & passion in life is helping people transform their physique, mindset and improve their lives - each month he reaches more than 10 million people, with more than 4 million active fans and over 160,000 clients across over 60 countries through his online fitness business JRF.  

He is equally and deeply passionate about helping his peers and other professionals scale their online training & nutrition businesses through his marketing & business automation engine MacroActive which enables over 600 online fitness professionals to scale their businesses globally.   

 

Josef strongly believes that having a good strong mindset is the most important thing when it comes to achieving anything in life. So, in this episode we are going to talk about how a strong mindset is built, what habits are going to help you live a healthier life and how being healthy and working on your physical fitness can play into your work life.  

You know what they say, ‘even if you feel down, you still gotta go do your workout’ Even if you don't feel like it, we'll do it anyway. That principle comes with good habits and a strong mindset, and that proactivity does appear in the work environment too.  

For instance, in coaching. You might not want to do those 30 cold calls today. You might not want to write, but you've got goals, you're trying to achieve something you've got targets, and you sometimes just got to do it. Even if you don't feel like it at that moment.   

Those kinds of actions are game-changers; implementing those habits in your life and understanding how one thing directly influences another really does make you aware of the potential you have.
